Please use this order form if you have developed 35mm film, 120, or 4" x 5" film and would like to send it to us for digitized transfers to Dale Pro Scans on CDs. Just fill in the information below and specify the service you'd like. When you're done, print the resulting form on your computer's printer. Send your slides or negatives, the printed order form, and your payment in any secure envelope or box to:

Dale Pro Scans

(From Prevously Developed Negatives or Slides)

Dale Pro Scans are available from 35mm, 120, and 4" x 5" negatives or transparencies. Scans are priced by file size, starting at 36MB (or 12 megapixels). 35mm can be scanned up to 200MB; 120 and 4" x 5" can be scanned up to 500MB. Ordering as CMYK will result in a 25% larger file because the image is comprised of four color channels instead of three. Ordering 16-bit per channel will result in double the file size (a 200MB scan will be 400MB in 16-bit mode).

All images will be in TIFF format, in AdobeRGB1998 color space, unless otherwise noted.
